Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

Since Milleyum offers consumable food products, we follow a strict no-return policy to ensure hygiene and safety. Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:

• Damaged or leaked product received
• Incorrect product delivered
• Sealed packaging found tampered on delivery

Proof such as photos/videos must be submitted within 24–48 hours of delivery.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
