Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy outlines the shipping and delivery terms for orders placed on www.milleyum.com, operated by Variantal Routes Trading LLP.
1. Shipping Costs & COD Fees
- Prepaid Orders: Free standard shipping is offered on all prepaid orders (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking). The price shown at checkout is the final price.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): A non-refundable convenience fee of ₹60 (or as displayed at checkout) is added to COD orders.
- This fee covers additional handling charges levied by courier partners for cash collection services.
2. Processing Time vs. Transit Time
- Processing Time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- Transit Time: After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location. Metro cities are generally faster.
3. Courier Partners & Tracking
- We use trusted third-party logistics partners such as Shiprocket, Nimbus, Delhivery, and Bluedart.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.
4. COD Verification & Confirmation
- To prevent fraudulent orders, COD purchases may be verified via WhatsApp message or phone call.
- Variantal Routes Trading LLP reserves the right to cancel COD orders if verification fails or the customer is unreachable.
5. Delays & Liability
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, extreme weather, strikes, or political disruptions (Force Majeure).
- If delivery is delayed beyond 10 days, please contact us at support@milleyum.com.
6. Failed Delivery & RTO
- Courier partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times.
- Customer Responsibility: If a COD order is rejected at delivery or returned due to an incorrect address, we reserve the right to restrict future COD orders from the customer. Future orders may only be accepted via prepaid payment methods.
