Welcome to Milleyum. This website is owned and operated by Variantal Routes Trading LLP (referred to as “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or purchasing from www.milleyum.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. General & Entity Information

• Legal Entity: All transactions and interactions occur between you (the “Customer”) and Variantal Routes Trading LLP.
• Eligibility: By using this site, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into a binding contract (18+ years in India).

2. Health & Product Disclaimer

• Food, Not Medicine: Milleyum products are functional food items intended to support a healthy lifestyle. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Ingredient Transparency: Products are formulated using high-quality natural ingredients and FSSAI-permitted nature-identical flavouring substances where applicable.
• Visual & Sensory Variations: Minor variations in color, texture, or taste may occur due to natural millet bases and are not defects.

3. Allergen & Liability Waiver

• Ingredient Review: Customers must review ingredient lists and nutrition labels before consumption.
• Facility Disclaimer: Products are processed in facilities that may handle nuts, dairy, and wheat. Variantal Routes Trading LLP is not liable for allergic reactions when ingredients are clearly disclosed.

4. Shelf Life & Storage

• Storage Responsibility: Products must be stored in a cool, dry place immediately upon delivery.
• Immediate Consumption: Single-use sachets must be consumed immediately once opened. Do not store opened sachets.
• Liability Cut-off: We are not responsible for spoilage or quality degradation caused by improper storage after delivery.

5. Pricing, Payments & GST

• Inclusive Pricing: Prices include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Payment Gateway: Payments are processed through third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree). Card details are not stored by us.
• Payment Security: Payment data security is the responsibility of the gateway provider. Any breaches must be addressed with them directly.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust prices based on raw material MRP fluctuations. Confirmed orders are unaffected.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Logistics Partners: Orders are fulfilled using third-party courier services (Shiprocket, Nimbus, Delhivery).
• Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days. Delays due to force majeure or courier issues are not our liability.
• Damaged Goods: Claims require an uncut unboxing video emailed to support@milleyum.com. Claims without video proof will be rejected as per our Refund Policy.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of food products, opened items are non-returnable.
• Refunds or replacements are issued only for wrong items, expired products, or transit damage (reported within 24 hours).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including brand assets, formulations, text, images, and graphics—is the intellectual property of Variantal Routes Trading LLP. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
