Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Milleyum, we take pride in our quality. However, due to strict hygiene standards applicable to food and beverage products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

Legal Entity: All refunds and cancellations are processed by Variantal Routes Trading LLP.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Before Dispatch: Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, contact us immediately via email at support@milleyum.com or WhatsApp +91 7511144894. A full refund will be initiated.
• After Dispatch: Once a tracking number is generated and the order leaves our facility, cancellations are not accepted. The customer must accept delivery.

2. Returns & Refunds (Damaged/Wrong Products Only)

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind or dissatisfaction with taste
• Minor cosmetic damage to the outer box that does not affect the product inside

We only offer a free replacement in the following cases:

1. Wrong product delivered
2. Expired product received
3. Physical damage such as broken inner seal or torn packaging upon arrival

Note: Monetary refunds are issued only if the replacement product is out of stock.

3. Mandatory Requirement: Unboxing Video

To claim a refund or replacement, an uncut unboxing video is mandatory.

• Start recording before opening the outer courier package
• Clearly show the shipping label and package condition
• Open the box and display the damage or issue
• Claims without video proof will be rejected to prevent fraudulent claims

4. How to Claim

1. Email the unboxing video and photos to support@milleyum.com within 24 hours of delivery
2. Our team will review and verify the evidence
3. If approved, a free replacement will be dispatched or a refund will be initiated to the original payment method
